Engineering the American way

Ceanna Chisholm is the Strategic Project Manager in the Emerging Technology & Culture group within the American Airlines IT department. Professionally, my passions include innovation, rapid-prototyping, lean startup methodologies, and building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone has the equal chance of success at American. In the long-term, I aspire to work across the Company to build a robust innovation pipeline that encourages innovative new ideas from employees at all levels of the company. I’m a proud wife and mother of three amazing children who’ve made working remotely throughout the Covid pandemic an experience of a lifetime thanks to supportive company that values a healthy work-life balance.
